Beef pasta bake

This recipe for Beef pasta bake serves 6 people.
Time required: 55 minutes
(20 minutes to prepare, then cook for 35 minutes)
Ingredients you'll need:
- 200 g spaghetti
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- ⅓ cup of tomato paste
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped fresh
- ¼ cup of parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tbsp oil
- 150 g bacon pieces
- 500 g mince beef
- 420 g tomato soup
- 2 cups of pizza cheese
How to make Beef pasta bake:
- Add pasta to a large pan of boiling water; boil, uncovered, until just tender. Drain; cool. Combine pasta, eggs and cheese in a large bowl; mix well. Arrange pasta mixture over base of a greased, heatproof dish (8 cup capacity).
- Heat oil in a large pan. Add onion, garlic and bacon; cook, stirring, until onion is soft. Add mince; cook, stirring, until lightly browned. Add undiluted soup and tomato paste; simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Stir in parsley.
- Spoon beef mixture over pasta mixture; sprinkle with pizza cheese.
- Cook, uncovered, in a moderate oven, 180 degrees celcius, for about 20 minutes, or until lightly browned and hot.
- Serve pasta bake with salad.
